Connect apps

Connect your apps once, every agent can use them

Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack and more. Your agents read what they need, draft and organize for you, and ask before writing to someone new.

What it does

  • It works in your apps

Ask for anything: “any important email today?”, “add these to my calendar”. Your agent reads, drafts and organizes in the apps you connected.

  • Useful things, switched on

Apps can do things on their own: a daily newsletter brief from Gmail, a brief before meetings with outside people, key points from Slack channels each evening.

  • It asks before writing to someone new

Sending in your name to someone you haven't mentioned always asks you. Waper keeps summaries and links, never the full text of your email or messages.

How people use it

How it works

  1. Connect

Open Connect apps, or select Connect on the card your agent shows when it needs an app. Sign in and approve access.

  2. Turn on what helps

Each app's page lists what it can do for you, what it can access and what Waper keeps.

  3. Just ask

Ask any agent to use it in a chat, or have a new email or calendar event start a routine.

Try saying

Select one and it's waiting in the message box, ready to send.

Questions

Which apps can I connect?
Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, GitHub, YouTube, Readwise and Granola, with more on the way. You can vote for the ones you want.
Will it send email for me?
Gmail and Outlook can send emails, reply and send drafts. If you only ask for a draft, it stays unsent. In Approve for me mode, sending in your name to someone you haven't mentioned always asks you first.
What does Waper keep from my apps?
Summaries, key points, titles and links back to the original, never the full text of emails, messages or files. Instructions inside them are never followed.
How many apps can I connect?
Free connects 5 apps with 50 actions a day. Personal and Pro connect every app you use.
