Questions and answers
Can I use Waper for free?
Yes. Free has no time limit: daily briefs on what you follow and your documents and library. For your first 5 days you also get 100 credits a day, each feature's first use is on us, and the getting-started tasks give up to 880 credits as you try each one. Upgrade when you want it to do more for you.
How do credits work?
Credits follow actual model usage and your selected tier, so a quick chat takes a few credits and a deep research report more. Deep research, audio and video, and watches cost nothing if they fail; a chat turn that breaks off partway is charged for what it had already used. Daily credits are used first, then your monthly ones, then gifts, and credits you buy last. Following public watches is free. Every credit spent is listed under Settings → Plan & billing.
How do I turn off renewal?
Open Manage billing and turn off auto-renewal at the bottom of the page. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing renews after that.
What will I see on my card statement?
WAFFO or WAFFO PANCAKE. Waffo is the merchant of record that takes payment for Waper and issues your invoice.
What happens when a subscription ends?
You're back on Free. Everything you made stays. Watches beyond what Free follows pause and pick up again when you subscribe; credits you bought never expire.
