What it does

• Plain Markdown, yours to keep

  Every document is one Markdown file in folders. Import a folder of Markdown, such as an Obsidian vault, and export a knowledge base as Markdown any time.

• Context for every chat

  Give a knowledge base a note on what it's for. When you talk about it, your agent reads that note and searches its documents, filed items and linked watches first.

• Every edit kept in history

  What you ask for in a chat is applied straight away. Each edit your agent makes is its own version in the document's history, so you can restore the one before.

How it works

   Start in My knowledge base, or create one per project. Import Markdown files or a whole folder.

   Connect what feeds it

   File library items into it and link the watches you follow; your agent looks there first.

   Ask your agent

   Ask it to draft, merge, summarize or restructure. Every change is kept in version history.

• Write a one-page summary of everything in my knowledge base about our launch.

Questions

How is the knowledge base different from the library?

A knowledge base holds documents you edit. The library holds everything else you save, such as pages, files, audio, video and transcripts, for reading and citing.

Can I import my Obsidian vault?

Yes. Choose the folder and it becomes a new knowledge base with the same folder structure. Only Markdown files come in, and your original folder isn't touched.

Can I get my documents out?

Any time. Export a knowledge base as Markdown with the same folders, or export a single document on its own.

Does it work when my computer is off?

Yes. Knowledge bases live in the cloud: open them from any device, and your agent keeps working in them while your computer is off.
