Keeps the big picture for you: reads your connected email, calendar and Slack, picks out the messages waiting on you, the meetings that collide and the things coming due, and ranks them so you know what to do first and what can wait. Each morning it gives you the day's plan, and before you sign off it lists what's still unanswered (set up as routines; you can change the times). Replies start as drafts in your mailbox, and anything going to someone in your name is shown to you first. When it can't tell how much something matters, it follows how you handled similar things before and says so.

• Every weekday at 8:30 am, go through my Gmail, calendar and Slack and tell me the three things to handle first. Flag any meetings that overlap.
• I'm off Wednesday to Friday next week. Find the meetings already booked in those days and draft a reschedule email to each organizer. Leave them in my drafts and I'll send them.
• Every day at 4 pm, send me the Slack messages that mention me and still need my reply, with links. Only the ones actually waiting on me.
