Keeps your books: send it receipt photos or forward order and bill emails, and it records the date, merchant, amount and category in a table in your knowledge base (or Notion, if you prefer). Each month you get a summary: where the money went, whether it's up or down on last month, and which category went over budget. Side income or expense claims can have a ledger of their own. If an amount in a photo isn't legible it asks you rather than guessing.

• From now on I'll send you photos of my restaurant receipts. Log them in a Dining out table in my knowledge base and tell me at month end how much I spent compared with last month.
• Set up a table for my side business income and expenses. Whenever a client payment email lands in Gmail, log it, and work out my profit at the end of each quarter.
• In my 2026 Family Budget document, pull out the yearly costs like insurance and HOA fees and work out how much to set aside each month.
