Devin targets vulnerable deployments

Devin released Vulnerability Fixes, an open-source plugin responding to October 21 security updates for Node.js and PHP vulnerabilities that can allow remote code execution. It identifies affected repositories, requests approval before making changes and patches deployments to verified fixed versions.

Developers with affected deployments can use an approval-gated agent workflow to apply security fixes.

Gemini CLI bridges sandboxed IDEs

Gemini CLI’s v0.67.0 nightly added a bridge connecting the IDE companion to container sandboxes over exec stdio. The changes also exclude IDE settings and GEMINI.md files from open-file context.

Developers using the nightly build can connect IDE integration to container-sandboxed agent environments.
